Twas the day after launch and all through the house, Kismet was scurrying to get a PDF out. Bad rhymes aside, we've made our articles about Carcosa available in a pay-what-you-want PDF for those who'd enjoy them that way. We'll add future articles as they become available.

Happy launch day and happy memorial birthday to H.P. Lovecraft! After working on this site throughout the summer, I finally got it to the point I told myself I needed to reach before taking it public. Then I realized the anniversary of Lovecraft's birthday was coming up in about a week and knew that was going to be launch day. (I would have been just as glad for a date tied to Robert Chambers, but alas, none were close.) So of course I woke up this morning and realized I forgot to update this log (and then Alkius found some errors, but not many, thankfully - and yes, I fixed them already). As you can see, we've been working on this site for over a year. Whatever happens, I'm glad to say we got it to this point and I hope you find things to enjoy in it!

Development continues apace. 14 webpages are set up and generally complete (or so I tell myself - every time I review them, I find something to edit, it seems). 4 of them are index pages and yes, I am painfully aware that modern content consumers are often oblivious to good website structure, but I don't care. The structure will help me as the site grows and if someone pokes around this site, I want to give them decent pathways to follow and reward them for being curious enough to seek more here.

I am eagerly awaiting feedback from my husband on two more articles I put a lot of working into editing recently. I have 2 more to edit and 1 more to write before I'll take the site live - or so I tell myself.

I kept trying to get this site off the ground throughout 2025 but just couldn't manage the time to get things the way I wanted them and edit the material my husband had drafted. In the meantime, more material has developed via our games and talks. So I've come back around to this project while updating my fantasy site and so far, I like how the layout is shaping up here! I'd originally hoped to begin publishing TRoEA last summer; now, I'm hoping to have enough to share this year.
